When purchasing a water filtration system for your project, it's important to keep a few things in mind. Firstly, not all filtration projects are the same, and no one shoe fits all. It’s absolutely CRITICAL to understand the flow rates on site, as well as your projects water quality pre-filtration, and level of filtration that is required after filtration.
To achieve maximum filtration while running at optimal performance, your service filtration rate is very important, and tends to be overlooked. The quality and fabrication details are important, although some of these may offer additional costs. Your initial investment will reduce costly labor/repairs or damaged equipment in the long run.
With that in mind, your system is an investment and what you put into it, will determine the fruits of your labors. Materials, components, media, etc. all play an important factor in the functionality of your system and what you'll get out of it. Never shy away from asking questions if you don't understand a critical component to your water filtration system and how it will work for your needs.
